Commission Policies

RULES

By contacting me for a commission you are agreeing to the following terms of service and will be held responsible for breaking them.Do not commission me if you don't agree with my ToS.I do NOT work for:
- exposure
- delayed payment
- digital currency
- NFT resselling/promotionI retain the copyright to my work and require credit in any post of my work.100% of the price is to be paid after the approval of the sketch. I will continue working on the commission once the price is paid.I only accept payment through Ko-fi in EUR.WIPs will be sent to the client for feedback. Major changes (changing pose, outfit, hairstyle, etc) are allowed during the sketch phase ONLY.Visual character reference is preferred.Commercial use of my work will come with a percentage fee discussed in private.
--> examples of commercial use: merchandise, books, apps, designs or props for professional social media accounts or streamingUnauthorized use of my work for commercial purposes will have you blacklisted from commissioning me again.Refunds will only be offered in the case of cancellation prior to completion.Tracing or unauthorized heavy referenceing of my work is forbidden.Do not remove watermarks from my work.As i retain the copyright to all my work I am free to use commissioned work to promote myself unless the client and I agreed otherwise.

Pricing and Commission Process

The prices listed above are starting prices.Each additional character is 50% of the original price.Depending on the complexity of the piece I might charge up to 20€ extra. Examples of where I would raise the price would be complicated outfits like those of genshin characters. This will be discussed with the client though and alternatively I can offer simplifying the design to go with the starting prices.Price will be given upon request.The client will receive a sketch for corrections and approval. After approval of the sketch 100% of the discussed price has to be paid. Without payment I will not continue working on the commission.Once again, payment through Ko-fi ONLY.Pieces can take 2-8 weeks depending on complexity and my other real life responsibilities. Upon commissioning a piece I will provide an estimated timeframe and update the client weekly.The client will be notified if the commission takes longer than expected.The finished work will be sent in a google drive folder through private message.
